Please read these Terms carefully before using HomeSpend. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeSpend mobile application ("App") operated by SmartData IQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use HomeSpend. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by SmartData IQ or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.

You retain ownership of the financial data and images you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

HomeSpend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The App is a personal finance tool for informational purposes only — it does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartData IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmartData IQ is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
